Hello!

We thank you for renting our beach condo.  We hope you will find it as you expect it. We would appreciate you and your guests' cooperation in a couple of areas that will make your stay safe and enjoyable. These will also keep our home in the condition that you expected for our next guests.

Directions to Our Beach Condo

Address: 2 46th St #307 Ocean City MD, 21842

From MD-90 E/Ocean City Expy, turn right onto MD-528 S then continue straight to stay on MD-528 S. Make a U-turn at 45th St then make your first right turn on 46th St. You will see Salty Sand Buildings on your left. Make a left between the buildings and another immediate left into the parking lot. Please ensure you are only parked in the assigned parking space (#69 and #86). There are blue parking passes you will need to display on your dashboard (located inside condo).

Our condo is on the third floor in the building that is closest to the ocean. Elevator and hotel carts are available in the lowest level where the mailboxes are located. The elevator key will be available to use but we ask that once you are done, please put it back where it was found ($100 will be charged to the card on file if replacement is needed).

  • Use the keypad lock entry code above for the front door. The entry code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. 

  • Fill out parking pass dates (from and to dates) and place parking permit on your car’s dashboard. Parking passes are located on the refrigerator.

Check-out: 10 am | Check-out Instructions

  • Remove linens (flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillows cases) from beds used and place them in the beige laundry bag. Please leave the mattress pads, decorative pillows, and blankets in place. You don’t have to make the beds.

  • Remove ALL food from the refrigerator and dispose properly; please empty liquids before placing containers in trash bags.

  • Take out the trash.

  • Please clean any used dishes or run the dishwasher before you depart.

  • Place elevator key back to the original spot

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Lock the door by pressing on the “lock” icon on the Schlage Smart Lock.

What We Provide:

  • Linens (sheets & pillow cases) and blankets.

  • Hair blow dryer & Iron.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with the most common housewares.

  • Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, Traditional Coffee Maker (filters and coffee needed), Toaster, Electric Water Boiler and Rice Cooker

  • Washer and Dryer.

What To Pack (Or Grab in Town):

  • If you prefer your own linens, feel free to bring them.

  • Bath Towels.

  • Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.).

  • Laundry detergent (if you plan to do laundry).

  • Trash bags.

  • Toilet paper + paper towels.

Safety and Security: The condo has a Ring doorbell camera that is there for your protection and does not record inside of the home. 

Friendly House Rules

  • NO PETS are allowed. 

  • NO PARTIES and EVENTS allowed.

  • There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. 

    • Intentional or accidental starting of fires may be a violation of law and may involve a maximum of 5 years in prison and a $50,000 fine plus damages

  • Quiet Hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Please report any damages immediately

It is the host’s responsibility to explain these rules to their guests and to abide by these rules. Any failure to perform each check out task required could forfeit your deposit. Significant damage and destruction could result in additional charges beyond your security deposit. 

We understand that accidents happen and will try our best to be understanding. We will also try to correct any failures of the above promises on our part as soon as possible during your stay. Please contact any of the numbers below as soon as possible if you have questions.
